CHICKEN TERIYAKI OVER STIR-FRY 

An incredible teriyaki pan sear !

TERIYAKI INGREDIENTS

1/3 c. hacked onion
1 clove garlic, squashed
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. white cooking wine
1 tbsp. honey
3 chicken bosoms split

Directions 

Combine onion, garlic, soy sauce, oil, wine, and honey; blend well. Orchestrate chicken in shallow baking dish; pour sauce over. Marinate at room temperature 30 minutes, turning a few times. Cook or barbecue while brushing with sauce until delicate. Cook pan sear vegetables and put on platter. Organize chicken bosoms up and over. Makes 6 servings.

  TERIYAKI STIR-FRY INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp. spread
1 tbsp. salad oil
2 c. cut carrots
1 c. cut onion
2 c. green beans or broccoli
2 c. cauliflower or cabbage
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt (discretionary)
run pepper
2 tbsp. hacked parsley

Directions

In wok or huge weighty skillet, heat spread and oil. Add carrot and onion; pan sear 3-4 minutes. Mix in different vegetables and pan fried food 2 minutes or cook until they way you like them. Add different fixings and mix. Sprinkle cleaved parsley over. The teriyaki sautéed food of chicken is prepared to serve...nice ! Partake in the supper of CHICKEN TERIYAKI OVER STIR-FRY !!!
